authorization to build or remodel both residential and commercial properties. We also
carry a CR-37 Plumbing license # 334095 and a CR-11 Electrical license, which allow us

Yes, we are covered with a general liability policy to protect your property while we are working there. Proof of this insurance is always available upon request. Workman’s comp insurance is also provided to all of our employees as per Arizona employment laws.
A 50% deposit is the standard payment to schedule a project. However, certain projects may require a larger deposit depending on the situation. The balance is due at the time of completion.
If we have already started a project and a change is requested or required, a Change Order will be requested. Any change orders that occur during a project will be billed in full at the time of the order.
All projects will include an expected completed date. We will never compromise work quality or substitute inferior materials to meet a deadline. Our extensive experience gives us the ability to provide accurate timelines.
A bid is a proposal we will give you before starting work with a set price to complete your project. The price will not change unless the work goes out of scope of the original contract. A Time and Material contract is an agreement to charge you an hourly rate for labor. Any materials used during the job are added to the bill at the end. This type of contract is how most of our long time customers hire us.
Absolutely, we can pull permits for you in your jurisdiction. The property owner is legally responsible for permits, however it is common to have us pull the permits for you at your request. We have extensive experience with building inspectors and the standards they require to meet code requirements.
